    Information does not become knowledge through exposure. It becomes knowledge through reconstruction. Learning happens when the mind rebuilds the idea internally.

    Familiarity is often mistaken for understanding. Recognition is not recall. Recall is not understanding. Understanding is not application. Application is not mastery.

    The mind understands best after it struggles. Struggle activates cognition. Cognition produces clarity. Clarity produces understanding.
